Hydro-Dyne Screen Grid Options
Fine screening with low headlosses.
Laced Links Options
Manufactured from stainless steel, Laced Links Screens are ideally suited to wastewater applications where fine screening is required with low headlosses.
Unlike perforated stainless steel or molded UHMWPF panels, laced links are able to filter down to 1mm openings with high open area percentages.
The stainless steel links, hook links and axles are manufactured to withstand the most demanding installations.
With lower velocities through the grid and filtration of higher flows, these screens are popular with engineers dealing with high solid contents; especially where fats, grease and stringy screenings occur.
The traditional Laced Link Screen offers the following key benefits:
- Stainless Steel construction
- High durability
- Gap widths ranging from 1mm to 75mm
- Maximum throughput and separation capacity
- Low maintenance
Perforated Plate Options
Manufactured in both Stainless Steel or hard-wearing UHMWPE, these perforated panels are the ideal choice when looking to combine fine screening with protection of sensitive process equipment, such as Membrane Bioreactors.
With the highest capture ratio for effective removal of floatables and fibrous materials, these options ensure no screen bypass with opening sizes ranging from 1mm to 9mm in diameter.
Stainless Steel Perforated Plate:
This perforated plate grid is ideal for finer screenings and offers these additional benefits:
- 1mm to 6mm diameter perforation spacing
- The structural integrity of a traditional Laced Link screen
- High capture rate
- Maximum throughput and separation capacity
- Low maintenance
UHMWPE Perforated Plate:
This highly damage resistant perforated plate grid offers the following benefits:
- Robust 9mm plate construction
- Prevention of hair pinning or stapling
- 2mm to 6mm diameter perforation spacing
- High capture rate
- Maximum throughput and separation capacity
- Low maintenance
Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh Plate Options
Ideally suited for wastewater applications where ultra-fine screening is required, the supported mesh panels are able to filter to less than 1mm with high open area percentages.
The mesh grid is made up of alternating rows of hooks and trays to create optimal solids removal. Available with hooks or tray configurations, these panels create low flow velocities through the grid and performance filtration of higher flows.
This wire mesh plate grid is ideal for ultra-fine screenings and offers these additional benefits:
- Efficient backwashing
- A high open area
- High capture rate
- 1mm to 25mm diameter perforation spacing
